A golden opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a 3 AA Rosette business based in Betws-Y-Coed on a full-time, permanent basis!
 
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a busy kitchen, preparing meals and managing their work station. These opportunities include both Sous Chef and Chef de Partie positions.

Duties:
– Preparation and creation of gourmet dishes
– Working with the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen is managed accordingly
– Provide an excellent fine-dining experience to guests
