Software Manager – High End Audio R&D Team
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £45000 – £65000/annum

This company are a well-established global specialist in hi-fi loudspeaker design and manufacture developing high end audio products. These products have a world renowned reputation amongst audio fanatics and this is fantastic opportunity to break into the audio industry.
As a Software Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the development of software systems for speaker & audio steaming systems. The ideal candidate should have experience managing software development teams, with a good understanding of software engineering principles and embedded software development.
The tech stack is based on working on the ESP32 using FreeRTOS.
Any Test-Driven Development experience is an advantage to help establish and maintain a culture of test driven development within the team but not essential.
This role can allow for hybrid working, but you will need to attend the office regularly to help mentor and lead the technically strong team.
