Tate are working with a well-established energy company, recruiting for an exciting role of Social Media Officer based in Portsmouth. As a Social Media Officer (SMO) you will be responsible for all content, campaigns and customer interactions on the social media channels, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Power Tracker app.
The Role
Key Duties:
· Respond to customer enquiries via social media
· Identifying vulnerability in customers
· Recording and resolving complaints
· Logging and highlighting damage to the network
· Customer satisfaction scores
· Website content requests
· Create and run social media campaigns to support business objectives
· Provide analytical reports for business areas
· Regulatory and legal standards and protection
· Crisis management
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
· Broad Measure Incentive

· Faults and network knowledge
· Connections understanding

· Safety escalation processes
· Basic understanding of Regulatory and Legal requirements
Essential Functional/Technical Skills
· Experience in a similar role and extensive knowledge of current and emerging social channels.
· Ability to conduct analytical reports
· Track record of strategic planning, creative thinking and ideally delivery of a digital campaign/s
· Experience of using the latest social media monitoring and analysis tools and platforms
· Strong competency in Office software (Outlook, Excel etc.)
· Communication and listening skills
· Exceptional grammar and language and excellent time management
· Outgoing/engaging personality
· Creative and adventurous
