SNR CHEF DE PARTIE -STRAIGHT SHIFTS – MARLOW- £21K PACKAGE – (LIVE IN)
Snr Chef de Partie wanted to complete the brigade at this 4* hotel & Spa based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
As Snr Chef de Partie Buckinghamshire you will work in a small team producing all meals off the a-la-carte being trained up on all sections and will also prepare banquets for the many weddings and events that take place within the hotel.
We are looking for a Snr Chef de Partie that is used to working in a busy team and environment hotel where everything is made from scratch using fresh produce. My client beleives in using and supporting local suppliers also so all produce is quality.
As Snr Chef de Partie Buckinghamshire you will work 5 days from 7 STRAIGHT SHIFTS ONLY to meet the business needs. Being independtly owned the Head Chef has full running of the kitchen so you will also get the opportunity to produce various daily specials in this Buckinghamshire kitchen.
Ideal candidates for the Snr Chef de Partie in Buckinghamshire will require the following;
•Experience in a fresh produce kitchen
•A postive attitude and willingless to take direction
•NVQ's (Or Equiv) in Catering
•At least a couple of years as a Chef de Partie
