We are recruiting on behalf of our client who are a manufacturer and supplier of high quality windows to private customers, major house builders and commercial construction companies for a Service Co-Ordinator. Due to company relocation and major investment in new offices, training and meeting facillites.
The Service Co-Ordinator will provide an efficient and professional after sales service to the customer base within their region, compromising of private customers, house builders and main contractors, as well as internal customers/colleagues. The key responsibility of a Service Coordinator is to ensure that Customers requests are project managed in a proficient and professional manner whilst ensuring that risk and cost is considered and managed.
As Service Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for identifying the best course of action with Service enquiries, this may be the ordering of window and door hardware, orgainishing surveyor / engineer visits and repairs. You will have excellent customer service skills coupled with the ability to juggle numerous tasks at any one time – you will at times be managing in excess of 100 projects at any one time.
