Service Co-Ordinator / Customer Service

Salary : £22000 – £26000/annum Bonus, Private Healthcare, Pension
We are recruiting on behalf of our client who are a major international manufacturer of high quality windows and doors for a Service Co-Ordinator. We are ideally seeking someone with experience of working within the Building / Construction industry and a knowledge of windows or a similar product would be a huge advantage.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service to House Builders, Construction Companies, Private Home Owners and Small builders who may have post sales queries. You will help to identify issues and co-ordinate the successful resolution to any problems on site.
You will be responsbile for procurement and distribution of spare parts, preparation of quotations for service work. Liasion between customers and internal departments and booking service engineers visits. You will need to be IT literate and have excellent customer service experience. Desirable that candidates have experience in the construction industry or working in a builders merchants or supplier into the construction industry along with experience working with a variety of customers – trade and private consumer or experience in an after sales service role within a sales organisation.
