About the opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager who is looking to progress to Site Manager within the next year and to join a growing company with stability and a healthy project pipeline. The project is working on a traditional build project of houses in the Peterborough and surrounding area.
About the benefits and rewards:
The salary offered always depends on the level of experience of the candidate and their exposure to the relevant industry sector however us ranging up to £45,000 with an additional car or car allowance and bonus structure.
About the requirements:
For this opportunity you will need to have experience in managing traditional build, new build residential developments for either a residential developer. You will need Assistant Site Management experience and be comfortable assisting running sites and reporting into Directors. Furthermore you will need to have shown longevity in your career and be looking for a long term career move
