Salary – £35,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience) + hybrid working

The Role:

Looking for an experienced SEO Manager for their SEO team working in Oxfordshire. The role is fast-paced, client-facing and requires an ability to multi-task and manage multiple client accounts.

Role Responsibilities:

Analytical approach to SEO and digital strategy to build 90-day project sprints for your clients.
Produce in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify client opportunities
Develop and design innovative and engaging SEO campaigns that will support their clients’ business goals and achieve agreed KPIs
Support and collaborate with existing team members (in-house and freelance)
Review and provide CRO focused recommendations for the portfolio of clients
Develop blog content and link earning strategies for clients in collaboration with the clients SEO support team
Monitor, track, report and fix technical issues found within Core Web Vitals, Page Experience and other performance related factors that impede website optimisation.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

A technical SEO background with proven track record (a must)
At least 3-4+ years previous SEO experience in either an agency or in-house role
Advanced Google Analytics & Google Search Console experience
Experience, detailed knowledge of leading SEO tools such as: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Majestic, SEO, Tools for Excel etc.
Expert knowledge of how to do manual keyword research
Expert knowledge of how to manually audit/website a website (small sites through to large eCommerce sites)
Expert knowledge of how to run link building campaigns
Expert knowledge of how to undertake conversion rate optimisation (CRO) work
Expert knowledge of how to research, present and manage content marketing strategies
Self-motivated, comfortable working independently or as part of a team
