This role will oversee rewards programs across a global remit. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing reward strategies and systems.

Description

The Reward & Benefit Manager will:

Design and manage effective reward strategies and programs.
Monitor market trends in compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness.
Collaborate with wider HR team and management to develop reward schemes and on job evaluation and grading processes.
Provide advice and training to HR and managers on reward processes and policies.
Oversee annual reward cycles, including salary reviews and bonus processes.Profile

A successful Reward & Benefit Manager should have:

Experience in designing and implementing reward strategies.
Knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis
Strong understanding of legislation impacting reward.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership
