This SEO Content Executive role in the publication industry based in London where you will be influential in planning, managing and reporting on SEO content from the breadth of publishing. You will be helping the team in writing, producing and formatting the SEo for the business, with opportunities the learn and develop throughout.

This UK Publishing giant is one of the largest general book publishers in the UK whom operate in over 70 countries worldwide. This Publisher is a global trade book publishing company with prominent imprints around the world who publish a broad range of award-winning books for children and adults in all categories and formats. They are looking for digital talent to join their expanding team to help deal with SEO and Content for the website.

Description

For this SEO Content Executive role you will have the following responsibilities:

Plan and manage SEO content that drives our SEO strategy, promotes traffic growth and supports our publishing.
Writing excellent SEO copy across articles and wider website pages and implementing regular updates to our core SEO pages.
Conduct analysis across several platforms including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Trends and SEO tools such as SEM Rush, to deliver insights.
Highlight new opportunities for traffic and engagement growth.
Proactively conduct SEO content audits.
Performing keyword research and competitor analysis.
Supporting the business's brand author approach, working with the Head of Website Content to design SEO content for high-profile authors.
Working closely with Communications and Digital teams to create meaningful content.Profile

A strong candidate for this SEO Content Executive role will have the following traits and skills:

Strong knowledge of on and off-page SEO techniques is essential as is a working knowledge of digital and content marketing.
Excellent SEO copywriting skills, some understanding of technical SEO too
An understanding of different types of digital content and their function within digital marketing.
Excellent reporting skills; ability to create and amend automated reports from multiple data sources.
Creative, with a passion for thinking outside of the box and generating new and innovative ideas.
Ability to use a variety of CMS platforms (Kentico preferred but training can be provided).
Outstanding project management skills.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive attitude to work and personal development.
A clear and confident ability to communicate to all levels of stakeholders.
