Looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager with experience working closely with clients and 3rd party suppliers to deliver a variety of B2B and B2C Web based Digital Products. Our client provides licensed media and entertainment content, metadata and related digital products to its clients. We are looking for someone with solid Project Management experience preferably in the media sector or similar content driven business. Some experience of Video On Demand (VOD) or Streaming video projects and services would be especially of interest, as would knowledge of the content supply chain and broadcast metadata. Above all we need someone who is great with people, a safe pair of hands, who can run with multiple technology and content based projects, has credibility in front of clients and senior stakeholders and great at managing delivery from 3rd parties.

The role will be responsible for the day-to-day Project Management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including client branded website launches, Video on Demand services, client portals, online B2B web based tools/ and bespoke enterprise applications such as workflow and content order management etc. Typically, you will project manage the delivery of a handful of Digital Technology Projects in parallel for various clients at any one time, or you could be focused on a single major project. This person will need great communication and stakeholder management skills to pull together the various external 3rd party development partners, integrators, client side stakeholders and internal stakeholders (working closely with Business Analysts, Account Managers and the technical leadership team. The nature of this fast moving complex environment would suit a project manager that thrives in a less structured projects environment, but can also contribute to improved project management best practice for the organisation as a whole.

Responsibilities include:
* Creation of project plans/roadmaps.
* Monitoring/reporting project progress.
* Managing the tasks required from members.
* Managing resources and time.
* Regularly updating stakeholders.
* Creating and maintaining a digital project dashboard.
* Identifying risks and taking measures to prevent issues.
* Understanding and managing dependencies between projects
* Ensuring quality of project deliverables.
* Dealing with 3rd party providers.
* Assisting with the creation of PMO standards and frameworks.

Skills & Experience
* Proven solid experience of Project Management in digital projects (in the media sector or similar content driven business. Some experience of Video On Demand (VOD) or Streaming video projects and services would be especially of interest)
* Demonstrate successful stakeholder management and resolution of issues.
* Experience successfully dealing with multiple 3rd party providers.
* Strong communication skills, including strong client-facing experience.
* Ability to delve into root causes of issues and successfully resolve them.
* Fully conversant with current technology within the digital sphere and trends.
* Timely problem-solving and decision-making.
* Adaptable, able to work well in less structured project environments but still apply and develop best practices.
* Continuous improvement mindset.
* Commercially aware.
* Equally comfortable in technical and people-orientated environments.
* Experience building and presenting business cases.

Qualifications
* Preferable, but not essential, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
