Raytheon UK's courseware and media C&M programme is looking for Senior Media Developers to support training development of our Customer's training materials.
Main duties include:
Produce interactive media for our Customer's training courses in accordance with Courseware / Media production process, Development Manual and Style Guide.
To produce interactive media in accordance with best practice in areas of Graphic Design, Multi-Media.
Creation of eLearning/ media / animation sequences / virtual environments exploiting effective asset management and workflow. Visualising and planning of media along a timeline.What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate has a background in interactive media design, is comfortable working within a standardised development environment, thinks creatively, is confident, excels in a collaborative team atmosphere, and is detail oriented. A professional attitude, ability to follow technical and workflow processes, and solid communication skills are essential.
Essential:
Experience in creating and developing media content with high levels of proficiency in the required field.
Must be organised and work well both independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to comprehend/interpret technical and non-technical information and apply it to visual media and animations.
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment.
To effectively communicate with stakeholders outside of the media team to gather technical information necessary for media requirements.
Experience to be a senior lead in your area of expertise and confident to mentor/support others.
Experience managing projects and leading small teams to ensure standards and project milestones are met.
The successful candidate must be able to qualify for SC security clearance.In return we offer:
