Company: We are offering an exciting opportunity to work in the TV and Film environment as a Studio Supervisor at our Berkshire-based studios. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and safe operation within the studio environment, coordinating with on-site teams and managing interactions with visiting production crews.

Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate a strong understanding of health and safety protocols within a studio setting, ensuring compliance at all times.

* Coordinate the on-site team to facilitate the needs of visiting productions, ensuring a positive and productive experience.

* Act as an effective communicator, liaising with a diverse range of individuals within the entertainment industry, including production crews, management, and support staff.

* Serve as a crucial intermediary between visiting production crews and studio management, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

* Oversee day-to-day operations within the studio, including scheduling, logistics, and resource management.

Requirements:

* Excellent understanding of general health and safety regulations

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

* Organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

* Diplomacy and conflict resolution skills to manage interactions and resolve issues calmly and efficiently.

* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities.

* Relevant qualifications or certifications in health and safety management are desirable.

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
