People's Partnership have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Senior Internal Auditor.
This role is a hybrid opportunity with the successful candidate working both at home and in the office.
Main Purpose:
To support the audit function and the business by delivering high quality audit opinions across a range of topics.
Senior internal auditors will own complex deep dive reviews and play a key role in managing and delivering our agile audit and consultancy services.
In performing their role the senior internal auditor will help provide assurance on our critical / complex processes while also ensuring that the business is operating effectively and adequately understands the risks that it is exposed to.
Skills & Experience:
Essential
* Qualified in a suitable professional qualification, or qualified by experience
* Previous financial services experience in internal audit
* Strong numeracy, analytical and report writing skills
* Analytical and attention to detail
* Using initiative when it comes to work and problem solving
* Able to understand complex processes to identify and communicate risks, issues and root causes.
* Able to converse with a range of different personalities
* Able to support the development of junior members
Desirable
* Degree, preferably in a numerical subject
* Experience of working in the pensions market
* Data analytics experience
