This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Claims Handler to join a successful and growing Power company. The company provides electricity to the whole of London and Southeast, from residential to commercial businesses. They are looking for friendly and technical claims handler to join the new team based in Crawley.
The Opportunity:
The opportunity is for an experienced Claims Handler to assist clients through the claims process. You will be assisting them through a range of complex claims and ensuring that an excellent service is given.
This is a pivotal role for the company and ensuring that a high level of customer service is given to maintain relationships with customers/suppliers and members of the public.
They are looking for a colleague to have experience in a range of claims with a focus on liability and can undertake the pro-active investigation and conduct of claims so as to bring about a successful resolution of such claims.
If you are experienced in managing a team there is the option for a Team Leader opportunity this will also include a greater overall package.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
* Experienced in claims handler ideally with Liability experience
* Have the required level of technical knowledge and experience to resolve both liability disputes and quantum negotiations largely unsupported, up to a limit of authority of £20k and potentially above
* Personable and well spoken and always looking to provide high level of customer service
