Main Purpose:
To deliver excellent customer service on the phone, tailored to the needs of the customer, throughout the life of their relationship with B&CE. Build and maintain customers’ trust and confidence to maximise customer, advisor and third-party satisfaction and retention.
Effectively contribute to the achievement of the department’s overall objectives and apply the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) culture and principles within own job role.
Skills & Experience:
• Administration skills
• Customer service experience
• Some understanding of pensions regulation
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident laptop user with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to understand, interpret and apply information
• Organised and able to manage own workload while working meet targets and deadlines
• CF1 or FA2 (or similar financial qualification)
