About the role
We pride ourselves on being at the heart of the community in Newcastle and as we prepare to reopen our restaurants later this month, we are looking for Senior Chef de Parties to help us provide the best experience for our customers.
Our Senior Chef de Parties are a vital part of the kitchen line, training and mentoring the Chef de Parties, ensuring the quality of food delivered is consistently high.
Just as we meticulously curate our fashion edit here at Fenwick, we have curated a menu of grilled meat, fish, and vegetables, accompanied by beautiful seasonal salads and side dishes which will be cooked al-fresco on a Pujadas charcoal grill paired with a bespoke cocktail list, created by Nick Strangeway of Hepple Spirits, crafted with skill using seasonal ingredients, botanicals and herbs are grown on our roof. Plus, an impressive selection of wines, spirits, and freshly brewed coffees.

* Previous experience in a Senior Chef de Partie position – Essential
* Experience of cooking over coal – Advantageous
* Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate easily with our customers
* Previous experience with staffing and payroll management
* Strong coaching and training skills
