Our client is diversifying their restaurant operations in the Northeast and opening a new and exciting brand within the QSR sector. They are already well established and known for their quality QSR offering and now replicating this success in the Fresh Traditional Turkish Kebab Market. They are looking to hire a Head Chef with knowledge and experience of Yaprak
The successful head chef with be supported by a quality General Manager who will handle suppliers, ordering and the back of house admin, allowing the new Head Chef to focus on the food quality and team.
Requirements for the successful Head Chef:
Familiar with Yaprak …. We would love to speak with you.
Prepping and building Yaprak doner from scratch.
Relevant marinades, and storage of doner.
Turkish Cuisine knowledge.
Ideally experience in QSR’s.
Key focus on cleanliness and compliance.
Can build and train your team.
