The services offered by our client are extensive and include architectural design, structural engineering, urban design, town planning, technical design, building surveying, project management, project administration, fire cert applications, DAC Apps certification, and legal mapping.
A highly motivated, technically adept Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist is urgently required by our client.
Responsibilities:
• Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
• Gathering and arranging building-related technical data.
• Preparing designs using Revit/CAD (computer aided design) software and traditional drawing methods.
• Researching new design processes, building legislation and technology.
• Obtaining tenders for construction work.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, design, or similar.
• A good portfolio and 10+ years of Irish work experience.
• Extensive practical experience in design, planning, and building regulations.
• Working knowledge of managing apartment plan projects.
• In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
