CV Screen is recruiting for a Schools Operation Manager to work for a leading independent School based near Gravesend in Kent. The role will see you manage the operations, facilities, events and commercial lettings within the school.

A salary of up to £40,000 + family accommodation (if required) is available.

ROLE DETAILS
Your role as Schools Operations Manager will include:
– Responsibility for increasing commercial income for the School from lettings.
– Manage all aspects of catering and services.
– Assist with the running of events.
– To work alongside the marketing team to promote the School and facilities.

REQUIRED SKILLS

–          Proven experience within the Education Sector as a Commercial Manager, Business Manager or Operations Manager.
–          Experience of lettings within a school environment.
–          Clear understanding of the importance of promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children.
–          Event Management experience

LOCATION

Gravesend, Kent

This is a fully onsite role and there is the requirement to work occasional evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays to support events. A flexible approach to working hours is therefore essential.

SALARY & BENEFITS
to £40,000 + Residential Accommodation.
