We are partnering with a Global Freight Forwarder who have an exciting opportunity for a Chef De Partie to join their team in Dover working 3 days on 3 days off on 11 hour shift patterns.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare dishes to the standards of the restaurant

* Responsible for taking in deliveries and rotation of stock

* Maintain the highest standards of presentation and quality at all times

* Follow orders and recipes

* Work as a team in an open kitchen

Skills Required:

* Min 2 years’ experience desirable.

* A good understanding of Food and Health & Safety legislation

* Excellent organisational skills

* Experience working within a kitchen environment
