We are currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Commercial Journals team on a fixed term maternity cover basis.

An integral part of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service and administrative support for the UK/EMEA Commercial Journals team.

What you’ll be doing:

* Provide administrative support to the Commercial Journal sales team

* Undertake tasks related to pricing, product, and invoicing

* Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot account and access issues

* Generate reports that assist in sales analysis and account management processes

* Process orders and trials for journals and digital product

* Update customer databases, including records in Salesforce

* Liaise with a global Customer Services Department for the completion of tasks
