We're thrilled to partner with an innovative and dynamic Brewery Group in search of a visionary Sales Manager to spearhead their growth. With an expansive product portfolio and a collection of vibrant pubs dotting the streets of London, they're not just about making exceptional craft beer – they’re also about crafting experiences and fostering a culture of excellence.

As the Sales manager / Head of Sales, you'll be at the helm of a nationwide movement, overseeing sales operations across diverse regions. Your mission? To craft and execute sales strategies that not only propel revenue but also cement presence in the market and exceed ambitious but highly achievable sales targets.

Your role won't just be about numbers – it's about building relationships. You'll forge powerful connections with customers, ensuring the brews are not just available but celebrated in every corner of the market.

The Role

In this role, you'll devise and implement a clear and compelling Sales Strategy that reflects my client’s ambitious growth trajectory. You'll guide, inspire and recruit (where required) a versatile sales team, nurturing a culture of excellence and accomplishment. Uncover and leverage marketing prospects, conduct comprehensive competitor analysis, and initiate impactful sales initiatives.

You’ll also be required to broaden the presence by securing fresh business, nurturing current connections, and skillfully managing P&L. Seamlessly collaborate with various departments, forging valuable networking avenues within the Brewery industry

Person profile

This role requires a Sales professional ideally from within the drinks industry, alternatively, the wider FMCG market; ideally selling into on and off-trade with a track record that demonstrates solid sales performance, effective team management (not essential, however you must be aware of what comprises an effective team), and tangible results. Keeping up with industry news and trends is a must, reflecting your dedication to the field. With ambition driving your sales approach and a knack for client development, you thrive both independently and in team settings. Your communication skills enable you to deal with multiple stakeholders at varying levels and will help facilitate seamless collaboration.

What’s on Offer:

On offer for this role is a basic salary of up to £60K with a 30% bonus based on team performance. The company offer flexibility in the way their employees work and so you’ll only be expected to travel to their offices up to 2 times per week if not out on client visits, this is to engage with your team and take part in management meetings where required.
