We're looking for a talented Lounge Supervisor Heathrow to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of communicating effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth workflow.

Please note: In this position you'll be needed to work at weekends and occasionally work some shifts in unsociable hours. Full details of how this will work will be revealed at interview.

The Role:
As the Lounge Supervisor Heathrow you'll report to the Site Manager and will be primarily responsible for overseeing our Agency Chefs, Bar Staff and hostesses, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of service quality. To provide a comprehensive understanding of the role, the selected candidate will undergo training, spending one week as a host and then training as a chef.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
– O plan, supervise, deliver and present the food and beverages as per client food specification
– Manage a team of service, cleaning and kitchen staff as well as the other resources (i.E. Employee working hours, staff training, stores management) in close collaboration with the lounge team to deliver a superior product and services that delight all customers, and to ensure a smooth lounge operation
– Supervise, guide and coach the assigned staff to ensure an efficient operation of the lounge
The standard working hours for this position are 04:30am to 12:00pm and 01:30pm to 22:00pm. the candidate has to be flexible to do both shifts.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Lounge Supervisor Heathrow role will have relevant experience of communicating effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth workflow. You'll also need experience of effective communication and problem-solving skills.
In addition, you'll need a flexible attitude and a team player and an experience minimum of 1 years’ in catering (desirable).
You'll also need to be prepared to undergo a UK criminal check (paid by us for you!) and be able to provide 5 years work history (gaps over 28 days need a gap reference)(obtained for you by us!).
