Job Overview
The job will be to oversee Sales Appointments & Sales Reps Calendars. Success in this role will be to ensure all Sales Reps have 3 leads a day and to make sure appointments are booked in the most economical way possible. Following up and making sure all incoming enquiries are dealt with and following up with leads after initial sales appointment
Responsibilities & Duties
● Making sure each Sales Rep has 3 leads per day
● Booking in Sales/Survey appointments
● Making sure each incoming enquiry is contacted within 3 minutes
● Liaising with Sales Reps & Appointment Setter
● Making sure all enquiries are dealt with appropriately
● Following with customers post survey to answer any questions etc .
● Assisting Sales in procedure.
● Offering Discounts to get new sales over the line
● Overseeing Appointment Setter and reporting back on performance
● Reporting on frequency and quality of leads
● Setting Targets for Appointment Setters and ensuring they hit them
● Reporting on performance of Appointment Setters
● Sweeping of Leads
● Booking in Telephone and Video Sales Calls
● Monitoring Ads + Areas and Liasing with Marketing
Working Hours
8.30 am – 6 pm Mon-Thurs , 8.30am – 5 pm Friday’s 10am – 4 pm Saturdays – every other Saturday
