Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback
The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
* Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
* Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
* Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
* Assist sales team in producing quotations and presentations
* Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
* Provide data and guides to help the sales team
* Develop and monitor performance indicators
* Book CPD presentations with architects
* Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
* Keep record of sales trends
* Stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
* Maintain and update sales and customer records
* Develop monthly sales reports
* Communicate important feedback from customers internally
* Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
