Salary : £22000 – £24000/annum +Benefits

We are looking for an confident administratior to join our clients busy customer team. You will provide exceptional customer service as well as accurate and efficient production planning. The role will be split over customer care support and scheduling of production.-.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•To ensure that all incoming calls are answered promptly, and visitors greeted in a friendly and professional manner.
•To accurately process customer orders and tooling jobs. Customer enquiries to be acknowledged on same day.
•Work closely with the sales team to manage customer accounts, ensure that customer information is kept up to date
•Process tool room timesheets and assist in the costing of these jobs
•Process invoices and credit notes. Working with quality for any RMAs received.
•Ensure that filing is kept up to date and distribute any post.
•Manage and regularly review labour, stock, equipment, and systems to accommodate successful launches that meet various deadlines
•Produce daily and weekly moulding plans, whilst liaising with the production team to ensure production targets are achieved and communication effectively.
•Compile and communicate short- and long-term capacity plans allowing for planned maintenance scheduling and trails. To be reviewed regularly to enable management decisions on investments.
•To assist in any other administrative duties during exceptionally busy periods

Education/Qualifications
•GCSE (or equivalent) must include Maths & English.
•A-levels or equivalent.
Knowledge/Experience
•Experience of working in a busy Customer Care environment, preferably within a manufacturing industry.
•Accurate Sales order entry.
•Key account administration.
•Liaison with various departments key to manufacturing processes.
•Problem solving skills
•Understanding of manufacturing operational processes / overview of lead time planning.
•Understanding of supply chain.
•Knowledge of international sales / export procedures.
•Supervisory experience (of a small team).
Skills/Abilities
•Computer literate – experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Good organisational skills.
•Accuracy and attention to detail.
•Positive and pleasant telephone manner.
•Previous experience of production planning.
