We have a great opportunity available for a Sales Administrator to join our client, a leading supplier, to work in their brand-new studio in Essex on a full-time permanent basis. You will be providing Admin support to the Sales team, managing all aspects of order processing.

Role Duties:

* Liaising with customers via phone and email

* Providing quotes to customers

* Processing customer orders

* Inputting orders and customer information onto CRM

* Arranging dispatch for orders

* Managing any customer queries

Essential Skills:

* Must have previous Administration experience

* Experience processing orders

* Excellent communication skills

* Must be computer literate

* Excellent attention to detail
