Sales Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to work as part of our client’s small & busy team.
HOURS = 8am to 4.30pm
SALARY – £25,000, Negotiable depending upon experience
About the role:
Within this role you will be covering a wide variety of sales and accounts administration duties whilst offering assistance within other areas of the business.
Duties Will Include:
* Processing and analysing orders.
* Dealing with incoming enquiries and fielding to relevant department.
* Building strong rapports with colleagues and customers.
* Liaising with national and international customers.
* Generate reports for management.
* Liaise with other departments to finalise shipping.
* Arranging transport & liaising with shipping companies
* Data entry.
* Offering administrative support to the sales team.
* General office duties as and when required.
Essential Candidate Skills:
* Organised.
* Methodical.
* Numerate.
* Positive, pro-active and able to work on own initiative.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Able to manage multiple tasks in an efficient and controlled manner.
* Customer service driven with an excellent telephone manner.
* Able to follow company’s processes and procedures.
* Ability to build rapports with customers, and colleagues.
* Detailed-oriented and prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail.
