Copello have partnered with our client in Defence Services, in the recruitment of a Service Desk Operator to support all aspects of the service desk function and process.
The successful candidate will take on the responsibility of providing first class customer service to all the businesses managed contracts.The role will be based out of their offices in Whiteley, Hampshire
This is a customer-focussed role requiring the ability to identify and separate strategic, critical and important information and complex problems, therefore strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail are imperative.
In addition, you will have:
* A high level of customer service and the ability to manage expectations
* Strong IT knowledge of Microsoft Office & Fault Management software
* Ability to ask challenging questions to gain information
* Confidence to participate in group discussions
* Ability to confidently make sound decisions and communicate at all levels of the business
* Ideally expereince in either service desk, customer service, desk support or call centre work
