Trainee Field Sales Executive
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £22000 – £30000/annum plus car and excellent benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this expanding facilities services company as a trainee field sales executive. The basic salary starts at £22k plus uncapped bonus (approx. £8k in first year). Whilst training you will be calling businesses over the phone but will endeavour to make appointments to see clients if you cannot close sales over the phone. A pool car will be provided initially but on completion of training you will be provided with a company car.
Based in their offices in Horsham you will be calling a list of potential customers to give information on their unique product range with a view to winning the sale. Previous sales experience is not essential however a desire to success as well as the ability to build strong business relationships is essential. You will possess excellent communication skills and will ideally had experience liaising on a business level with customers. Perhaps you have worked in a call/contact centre and are looking to pursue a career in sales. A full driving license is essential for this role.
As Trainee Field Sales Executive your key duties will be:
* To achieve set company sales targets
* Calling prospects and existing customers by a combination of cold calling and company generated leads
* Understand full product and Service range as well as the Market place and competitors
* Ensure all details for quotations are communicated to the Customer Co-ordinator swiftly
* Offer creative ideas to improve sales growth based on feedback received.
* Send required reports completed in full and on time to the Managing Director on a regular basis
