Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting for an Internal Account Manager for our Global Client based in Chesterfield.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous account management experience, with excellent customer service skills.
The role is initially a 12 month contract with potential to become permanent.
Main duties:
* Customer Account Management
* Administration support, including accurately entering information to spreadsheets and in house systems
* Building on existing relationships ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their requirements are understood
* Developing new relationships ensure a comprehensive understanding of their requirements are understood
* Working to all budgets and targets agreed by the Sales Manager
* Processing orders
* Chasing Payments
* Communication with internal departments to ensure deadlines are met
* Liaising with our purchasing and operations teams to ensure support and efficiency
To apply you will ideally:
* Have excellent interpersonal skills
* Be competent in the use of Excel
* Have proven track record in Sales / Account Management / Customer Service
