Salary : £25000 – £35000/annum

POST is partnered with a fast-growing International software business that are looking to grow their already, incredibly successful internal support team.

Our client is looking for a passionate Business Development Manager . This role will be responsible for sales of solutions products). Focusing on high quality client service, ownership, and initiative to drive excellence this role will report into the National Sales Manager.

To effectively carry out this role candidates will demonstrate the ability to articulate product and services capabilities to diverse audiences and determine client technical and business requirements to develop impactful solutions.

The package –

* Offering a basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum plus OTE

* Commission structure – Sales 1 to 5 are worth £200. So, 5 sales would pay out £1,000. Sales 6 to 9 are worth £300 each so if you did 9 you’d get £2,200 total (£1,000 for the first 5 plus £1,200 for the next 4) Sales 10 and upwards are worth £400. So if you sold 10 in a month you’d make £2,600 Comm and another £400 for every one after that.

* Hybrid Working

* 25 days annual leave

* Monday to Friday 9am -5pm shift

Key Responsibilities –

* Co-ordinating with the Sales & Operations Manager regarding client adoption, training, and scheduling.

* Expanding the client base for current and new clients combining a mix of cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach to develop new business.

* Liaise seamlessly with AM’s and BDM’s.

* Delivery of excellent and ambitious client support for delivery.

* Follow up with clients to ensure they meet their adoption objectives.

* Build enduring relationships with clients as a solutions specialist.

* Ensure product sales are fully scoped for a successful delivery.

* Identifying suitable product enhancement requests for escalation to Sales and Operations Manager.

* Analysing client feedback for best practice solution/product functionality.

* Provide training to business teams including but not limited to AM’s and BDM’s.

* Draft content to deliver external training for clients and other stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience –

* Proven experience within a dynamic customer focused role.

* Able to self-source leads and work effectively with existing data.

* Act as a subject matter expert. Build deep product and industry knowledge.

* Be consultative, and a customer support contact for clients.

* Ability to communicate complex product technicalities to clients, account management, sales, and the rest of the business.

* Understanding of various professional business stakeholders within legal marketplace.

* Demonstrable analytical and pragmatic approach with the ability to communicate product intricacies and troubleshooting solutions clearly and concisely.

* Strong communicator verbally and in writing, with keen listening skills.

* Demonstrable experience of selling solutions software applications, with a keen ability to distinguish sales objections from change management challenges.
