Due to growth we are looking for an ambitious talented Business Development Manager, ideally from a business solutions background such as Digital Marketing, eCommerce or similar. Main Duties as Business Development Manager will include:

* Negotiation and closure of new business opportunities to meet sales targets

* Growing sales pipeline, handling pre-qualified leads and making cold calls to secure new clients and sales opportunities

* Face to face client meetings, answering client queries and providing relevant information to ensure the company’s maximum sales potential is realised

* Preparing sales presentations, proposals and contracts

* Work closely with the Managing Director and Client Services team in order to provide handovers to new clients and ensure they transition well into the agency

* Maintaining a full understanding of company processes

* Keeping up to date with industry and company trends and developments

What we’d like you to bring to the role as Business Development Manager:

* Minimum three years B2B sales experience

* Ideally knowledge of digital marketing – SEO or PPC

* Demonstrable sales record

* Commercial awareness, with an ability to maximize opportunities

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* High standard of written English and presentation skills

* Ability to manage workload and priorities

* Ability to deal with and influence senior decision makers

* Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
