Salary : £19000 – £21000/annum

Talent UK are recruiting for their client based in Lowfields business Park in Elland, the client are looking for a customer service clerk and also a sales order processor on a full time permanent basis.

They have an exciting role for a Customer Service/Internal Sales Executive to join a dynamic Sales Office. This role requires interaction with sales, internal staff and most importantly Customers. You should be highly self-motivated and ambitious, with a strong CAN DO attitude; have a good attention to detail at the same time as demonstrating flexibility in adding value to the Customers.

Your drive and enthusiasm is just as important as your experience as the client puts great emphasis on team spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage a number of Sales Territories – Sales order entry /Customer service.

· Answering inbound calls and dealing with a variety of queries from order changes, delivery updates, transport queries or pricing queries

· Advising customers and up-selling products and services where the opportunity allows

· Dealing with Customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner

· Make outbound sales calls

· Any other reasonable function requested by the Sales Office Manager

Validating Orders, Processing orders

To be considered for this role, you should be:

· Customer Focused

· Be cost conscious in all your activities

· Ability to work on your own initiative

· Ability to work as part of a close working group in an open office environment

· Be a good communicator who has a creative and proactive approach

· Have a desire to add value for the customer

· Have an excellent telephone manner.
