Due to continued growth, and in-line with our strategy, we are looking to appoint several key account coordinators who will be responsible for developing strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and supporting the wider global key account team in achieving their objectives.
How You Can Help Us
* Develop a strong working relationship with our external Key Account Managers, assisting them with all administration and providing all necessary support for them to be super-effective in the field.
* Develop a strong working relationship with stakeholders at our key accounts to ensure we have multiple levels of contact and communication, avoiding a one person to one person communication bottleneck.
* Develop and implement a communication system to ensure all our local subsidiary sales / key account teams are fully up to speed with developments and agreements with our key accounts.
* Carry out and co-ordinate all follow-ups from face-to-face meetings between our external Key Account Managers and our key accounts, including working across internal HQ departments.
* Create and monitor internal systems to measure sales, control contacts and opportunities, manage rollout programmes across our global key accounts.
What We Would Like You to Bring to Our Team
Essential:
* Proven experience of supporting an external sales force.
* Proven experience of building remote relationships with multi-discipline customer contacts.
* Proven experience of using CRM systems.
* Fluent written and spoken English.
