Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £21000 – £24000/annum + bonus + bens

Sprechen sie Deutsche?
If you answered with a resounding "ja" and have experience in customer-facing sales, account management, or customer service roles, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you to start a rewarding career in sales.
What’s in it for you?
You’ll receive a starting salary of around £21,000 (with some flexibility where required) and benefit from a potentially lucrative commission package with a realistic year one total OTE of £40,000.
More than that, you’ll benefit from in-depth training from the get-go, joining the enthusiastic, passionate team in modern offices complete with a vibrant working environment. There, you’ll also have the opportunity to further develop your career with a firm that’s recognised as one of the UK’s fastest-growing.
Other benefits include a hybrid working policy, early finish on a Friday, life cover, free parking, a holiday allowance that increases with service, and more.
About you
You’ll be selling to people in the German market, so it’s vital that you’re proficient in writing and speaking German. You’ll also need experience in a customer-facing sales, account management, or customer service role.
Building relationships with people is a big part of the role, so you should be someone who enjoys doing that. You’ll also be a great problem solver and bring a positive attitude to your work.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be assigned a geographical area and, within that area, work to proactively develop opportunities with new and dormant clients creating your portfolio of accounts. That’ll also involve qualifying inbound leads quickly, negotiating prices and terms, and speaking with decision-makers to understand their needs. It’ll also mean spending a lot of time on the phone with people.
As you grow your portfolio of accounts, your goal will be to establish a series of repeat customers to progress to become an account manager and focus on servicing your own clients.
Due to servicing the German market, typical working hours for this role are 07:30 – 16:30 with a 15:00 finish on Fridays.
About the business
In just over a decade, this business has gone from a team of fewer than 10 to employing more than 250 across four continents. No surprise then that they’ve been recognised as one of the UK’s fastest-growing businesses.
Now, with a strong reputation for quality and service, a talented, driven team; a passion for delivering fast, dependable, and cost-effective solutions across the globe; and significant demand for their products and services, they’re determined to continue their growth, achieve their lofty ambitions, and support more and more businesses worldwide.
