Reprographics Mailing Assistant
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £12.82 – £13.85/hour
Our client based in Merstham close to Redhill in Surrey are looking for a late Production Print Supervisor. They ideally want someone with Mailing experience too.
This initially will be a temporary position which could lead to a permanent one.
Hours are Monday to Friday 12noon to 8pm, please only apply if you can commit to these hours.
What you will be doing…
Supervise team of production operators on site, ensuring that all work is finished to the highest standard and work and comply within ISO 9001 Company processes and procedures.
Report any non-compliance with Company and departmental processes, wilful damage of machinery/equipment, or employee negligence to waste Company resources including time, materials and property to reduce maintenance costs and possible H&S issues.
Ensure all equipment is maintained in a clean and safe working order and arrange repairs when necessary to avoid machine downtime.
Finish printed and non- printed material in accordance with received instructions and work in an ordered and efficient manner.
Work in progress is clearly identified, at each stage to avoid jobs being mixed and not meeting customer requirements.
Ensure that all required documentation is fully and accurately completed (Work Orders) in order to comply with ISO procedures.
Responsible for the Health & Safety and well being of themselves and all staff to meet our legal requirement and duty of care to employees.
Manage staff levels for all production areas.
