AR & Credit Controller | Media | £140 – £180 per day | 6 months | Surrey & WFH
Cedar are supporting a leading Media and Techno company with the hiring of an interim AR and Credit Controller. As the interim AR and Credit Controller you will be responsible for managing day to day credit risk, dispute resolution, and to prevent debts.
Key Duties –
Perform all sales relevant activities in timely manner
Support the calculation and review of specific bad debt calculation
Review, authorise and release orders
Perform periodic credit reviews on UK customers
Ensure timely review and controlled release of credit blocked orders
Proactively work to improve efficiency and reduce overall workload
Ensure credit risk is optimised and bad debts avoided
Ensure the management of customer accounts and collection activities
Maintain a good / direct relationship with the company Credit insurer to discuss/resolve insurance related issues
Be the first contact point for AR & Credit related issues for UK
Skills and Experience –
Minimum 3 years AR/CC experience
Experience working within a multinational organisation
Previous use of SAP – essential
Awareness of credit insurance
Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
Previous working within Media/B2B or Retail – advantageous
