Magazine Production Assistant – temp to perm role**
Extremely busy and successful media & events company is looking for a temp to assist in the production process of their magazines.
Job Description:
* Chasing clients for advertising copy via email and phone
* Working to deadlines
* Advising on specifications, sizes, format, word counts etc for articles
* Checking in boxes and ensuring adverts adhere to the specifications, including colours
* Ensuring clients don’t miss deadlines
Person Specification:
* Great organisation skills, a strong eye for detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, a confident telephone manner
* Good administration skills
* The role will suit somebody ideally looking for a career within production as this role is likely to become permanent
Additional Information:
* Dorking based, after training the role can by hybrid (2 days working from home)
* Salary guideline: £11.50-12.50 per hour
* Candidates must be immediately available to commence in May
* 9-5pm Monday to Friday
