Project Coordinator

Pertemps Basingstoke have a fantastic opportunity for multiple Project Coordinators to join a leading video managed service partner in Basingstoke. Our client works with some of the largest business and government agencies in the world. This is a 3 month fixed term contract, paying £150 per day.

Key Responsibilities:
– Working with the Project Managers to support the team, this will include using interpersonal skills and administrative techniques
– Customer follow ups, information collection, opening and updating service orders
– Order Processing and tracking, status reports, scheduling resources
– Assist the Managers to prioritize work load, delegate the work required to meet the needs of the client and project
– Assisting with resolution of issues
– Make recommendations to internal and external parties
– Work effectively with other departments including purchasing, Accounts, Engineering, Production and Logistics

Requirments for this Project Coordinator position:
– Experience in a project coordinator role
– Basic understanding of project management
– Experience in Audio Visual solutions, including Videoconferencing, multimedia, facility coordination or networking systems
– Ability to work as part of a team and individually
– Happy to travel with work
– Valid Drivers Licence

Important Information
– 3 Month fixed term contract
– Immediate start
– £150 per day rate, approx. £20 per hour.
– 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
– Based in Chineham, Basingstoke
