Production Supervisor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £26000 – £28000/annum
Our Client has gone from strength to strength, successfully importing and growing an impressive portfolio of high quality Fresh Produce, supplying to key retail customers. We now offer the opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join the business in a key supervisory role.
The position of Production Supervisor will lead, manage, motivate, and organise a team on shift to ensure production targets and customer orders are achieved, meeting the highest quality standards. Working with the team across 3 lines, this position will ensure the production team is used to maximum capacity and that all personnel under supervision are fully productive whilst adhering to Food Hygiene and Health & Safety laws and regulations.
We require;
HACCP, Food Hygiene and Manual Handling Qualifications would be beneficial
Experience as a Production Supervisor / Production Team Leader
Flow Wrap Machines experience would be highly beneficial
Manage inductions, training, and staff performance reviews
Ability to lead and motivate a team, achieving KPI’s
Fresh Produce / Food / FMCG sector exposure
The successful individual will be accurate, literate, and numerate with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Hours: 5 out of 7; Late Shift & Day Shift
Salary; Up to £28k, dependent on experience
Location; Herefordshire
