Who are you?

Have a demonstrable track record as a manager of playground maintenance and construction with an operational awareness in the support services sector with at least 5 yrs experience
A Glimpse into the Role awaiting You

The Contract Manager has overall responsibility for the delivery of high quality and efficient management of the 400+ playground maintenance services and inspection process.

Responsibility for all operational and financial aspects relating to the playground maintenance and installation projects including health and safety,.

Responsible for meeting budgetary targets and objectives

Responsibility for ensuring full compliance and effective use of all company systems and processes

Analyse performance using Glendale Live, PSS live and other systems as required to manage and modify the service accordingly

Manage all assets to maximise productivity and minimise downtime, ensuring they are secure and well maintained for safe use

Maintain compliance with the company's ISO quality and environmental standards

Ensure all Contractual KPI's are achieved or exceeded.

Work with client teams to plan projects, provide quotes and arrange for the works to be completed using inhouse teams and contractors.
