Picker and Packer

A leading fresh food produce supplier is seeking enthusiastic Pickers to join a busy team located near Stevenage in Hertfordshire.
The Role
To make sure that all customer orders are picked correctly and accurately. You must have a good attention to detail as the role requires you to check product dates and quality continuously when picking. Picking also needs to be finished within allotted time as each vehicle has a window collection time.
The role operates within a refrigerated environment between 8 to 12 degrees.
Pay Rates
£10.10 per hour plus £1.22 per hour holiday pay (TOTAL £11.32 per Hour or £135 per 12 hour shift )
Overtime rates available after 40 hours per week
There is an additional 50p per hour premium if you work between 11pm and 4am.Shift Patterns
12 hour shifts – 7 to 7
AM & PM shifts available
Sunday to Wednesday and Wednesday to SaturdayRequirements
To be considered for the role you must be able to offer the following;
Computer proficiency
Must have sound administrative skills
Must have a flexible approach to work
Good communication skills required
Accuracy and ability to prioritise
Motivated and energetic with strong attention to detail
Must have a good understanding of ERP systems
Be reasonably fit and able to work in chilled environments
