People Insights & Analytics Manager (Fully remote)

Job Type : Contract, Full Time

Salary : £39 – £39.51/hour

A leading agriculture organisation is looking for a People Insights & Analytics Manager to join their team on a initial 6 Months contract with the probability of an extension. (Fully remote)

Role Purpose

To support the Group strategy through people insights and analytics.

Key responsibilities

Conduct analytics and provide data driven insights on key business and talent topics, including Employee Experience, Learning effectiveness, Talent Management
Scale People Analytics and upskill HR in data fluency
Collaborate with IT and HR Ops to build single source of truth for Group data
Support regular data & reporting needs for critical stakeholders, including CHRO and IPO-related requests
Partner with HR, business and finance stakeholders to manage demands generated for analytics
Partner with Chief Data Privacy Officer to ensure data ethics and privacy concerns are adhered to and mitigated when needed
Maintain knowledge of best practice and developments in the advanced analytics space outside of the organization
Strengthen PI&A brand internally and externally

Requirements

BA/BS degree preferred in I/O Psychology, Social Psychology, Economics, Business, Computer Science or related field; Master's degree a plus
3+ years of experience in social research and analytics
Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
Experience in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, etc.)
Advanced level Excel experience
Ability to collaborate and coordinate multiple project flows and responsibilities while maintaining high quality standards
Service-oriented and good at diagnosing partners' needs
Strategically-oriented, good at synthesizing conclusions into recommendations
Information design and visual storytelling skills a plus
