Global Mobility Analyst (fully remote)

Salary : £290/day

A powerhouse within the agricultural science and technology industry is looking for a Global Mobility Analyst to join their team in Bracknell on a contract basis for 18 months initially (1 day a week, however can do fully remote for the right candidate)

As Global Mobility Analyst, the successful candidate will have responsibility for the day-to-day operational activities in relation to moving staff on assignment. They will be working with the Head of Global Mobility and the global mobility team to provide employees with a high standard tailored GM service focusing on a positive client experience. They will be working with HRBPs and Business leaders and will provide solutions to business need based on the GM policy framework. They will have a deep understanding of mobility policies, the ability to interpret these and a knowledge of market practice would be advantageous.

Responsible for all assignment types within AsiaPac they will be organized and be able to multitask, working closely with the AsiaPac HR Ops team. They will be able to manage the end-to-end assignment process in a challenging and changing landscape. This means preparing cost estimates, assignment documentation, compensation calculations and liaising with vendors. Much of this is done by using our in-house tool, Assignment Pro. Previous experience of working with APro would be an advantage.
