Are you an enthusiastic and reliable Park ranger local to Watford seeking an hourly salary of £10.00 – £11.00ph (Mon-Fri) & want a great working environment? We are looking for dynamic people to work on various parks sites, ensuring all services are delivered to a high standard which meets customer expectations. The Park Ranger will work to their own initiative and as part of a team identifying opportunities for improvement.
Our client is a growing business that strives for quality and customer experience. As part of their growth plans this year, they are now looking to recruit a Park Ranger with Experience.
Park Ranger Responsibilities:
• Greeting visitors and explaining the park rules and safety regulations.
• Patrolling the campsite and ensuring visitors are following the rules and not disrupting the natural environment or other guests.
• Working in the visitors centre to hand out maps and point out areas of interest or areas that are off-limits.
• Conducting tours and educational presentations.
• Checking and clearing trails, performing park maintenance, and preparing campsites for visitors.
• Assisting with stopping or containing forest fires
The successful Park ranger will have:
Experience ( it's mandatory ).
Physical fitness to work outdoors.
Strong communication skills
A willingness to help people and conservation efforts.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Driving License it's preferable
