Nursery School Cook
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £11.20/hour
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Nursery School Cook for a locally based nursery in Hazlemere. You must have a passion for preparing fresh meals using fresh ingredients and the ability to cook healthy food from scratch.
Responsibilities to include but not exclusive to:
* To organise, cook and prepare a healthy balanced diet for children aged 0 to 5 years in accordance with the nursery menus
* Take into consideration daily those children who have special dietary requirements and prepare suitable alternative
* Ensure high standards of hygiene, health and safety is maintained at all times
Skills required:
* Previous experience in a similar role (desirable not essential)
* Warm and friendly personality
* Ability to use food prep equipment and ensure the economic use of materials, equipment and energy
Full time hours: 08.00am -16.00 pm
Part time/flexible working hours considered
