An excellent opportunity has presented itself for an ambitious, driven, and personable Mortgage Broker & Protection Advisor to join this multi award-winning team that are one of the largest, most progressive, and successful financial services companies in the South East of England.
Our client works closely with several estate agents and other introducers, such as builders, accountants and solicitors which provide them with a large amount of leads. As a large introducer, they benefit from receiving exclusive mortgage rates not available to the public.
Covering leads in and around the Chelmsford area, successful applicants will enjoy a energetic and happy environment to work in with an existing team of professionals who enjoy providing a professional and personable service to their clientele coupled with a regular lead source via various introducers.
Candidate Requirements:
* 12 months+ experience as a Mortgage/Protection Adviser
* Professional, Personable and Pro-active (No time for plodders!)
* Full CeMAP essential (or equivalent)
* Proven track record in mortgage/life sales
We can consider a Sales Negotiator who has a track record of closing business
They will offer:
* £30 – £32k Basic Salary
* £3k Car/Travel Allowance
* £60k+ OTE (Uncapped)
