Finance Broker Advisor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £60000 – £100000/annum including OTE
Our client is seeking a Finance Broker Advisor to joining their team in Chelmsford, Essex.
The working hours are 47hrs per week (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. And 1×3 Saturdays, 9am to 6pm)
Role Description:
This role will be based within our brokerage, liaising with customers, working closely with colleagues and external partners to determine their needs and source finance options for them.
This role is ideally suited to an enthusiastic, target and sales motivated individual with a competitive edge. You will have the ability to work alone on your own targets but also be able to pull together as a team.
Person Specification
• Previous experience within a similar role, within the motor trade
• A professional approach with the ability to coach others
• Highly organised with attention to detail and able to prioritise
• Ability to work well under pressure, within a fast-paced environment
• A flexible approach to work
• Experience of proposals and loan decisions on a daily basis through a variety of means including credit scoring, credit history, affordability analysis
• Experience of delivering a customer centric product or service
• Experience of working with finance systems and Microsoft packages, especially excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferable experience within the motor finance sector, a bank, broker or dealer.
